Main Engine Remote Control System model SK510

SK510 main propulsion unit remote control system is a modular structure, which can be composed according to different user requirements and for different remote-control objects. The modules communicate with each other through redundant CAN-BUS fieldbus.

a) SK510-D-I reversible fixed propeller propulsion unit remote control system is applicable to the main propulsion unit with reversible fixed propeller for low speed or medium speed engine. The main diesel engine can be started, reversed and shifted directly by remote control manipulator in the cab or control room.

b) K510-CPP full rotary rudder pulp propulsion unit remote control system is applicable to the main propulsion unit with adjustable pitch propeller. With cockpit control, two-wing control, central control room control, aircraft-side control, cockpit backup control, central control room backup control, etc.

c) SK510-AD full rotary rudder pulp propulsion unit remote control system is applicable to the main propulsion unit with full rotary rudder propeller. It has cab control, machine side control, backup control, etc.

The system is designed and used in accordance with the environmental conditions required by the specifications of each classification society.

SK520 propulsion unit remote control system has a simple structure and rich functions, which can be composed according to the requirements of different users and for different remote-control objects. Through this different hardware configuration and software program, this system can be applied to different ship main propulsion devices.

①   SK520-CPP propulsion unit remote control system is suitable for main propulsion unit with adjustable propeller. It has cockpit control, cockpit two-wing control, central control room control, aircraft side control, cockpit backup control, central control room backup control, etc. Only one operation mode in one position is valid at the same time.

②   SK520-Y-3 remote control system of propulsion unit is applicable to the main propulsion unit of ships with single steering medium speed engine with reversing clutch gearbox. It can directly control the main diesel engine’s variable speed, and the gear box’s de-rowing, catching and reversing with the remote-control manipulator in the cockpit or the central control room. It has cab control, cab two-wing control, control in the control room and machine side control. Only one operation mode of one position is valid at the same moment.
